In addition to personal service and on-site professional maintenance, Chesterfield Village Apartments also offers a variety of amenities. Such as our tennis court, swimming pool and sauna, laundry facility and workout room. We have a large community room for use by our residents. 

We allow pets within certain guidelines:

1. All pets are subject to approval, require vet records, and a photo.

2. No more than 2 pets per residence. 

3  Pet Deposit is $100.00

4. Pet Fee is $200.00 

5. Pet rent is $20 per month per pet.
